Shipping & Delivery
Digital products you will receive an email link or be able to download on the spot.
For physical products the following applies;
We utilize “The Courier Guy” or “Postnet” for door-to-door delivery services. We will notify you when the parcel is shipped and provide you with the waybill to track your order.
Standard Shipping:
- Duration:
1-2 days (excluding weekends and holidays) for main city centers. - Order Processing: Orders are packaged and handed over to the courier company within 24 hours upon placement and payment.
- Estimated Delivery Timing: Orders placed before 13H00 pm are shipped the same day for delivery the next working day or the day after (excluding weekends, holidays, and regional areas). Orders placed after 13H00 pm on Fridays are shipped on Mondays.
Shipping Rates:
- Flat shipping fee of R105 for parcels up to 2kg.
Free Shipping to your Door: Orders over R997 qualify for free delivery to your door within South Africa. For parcels too heavy for overnight shipping, we reserve the right to choose a more economical shipping method (Air freight/Road Freight).
Important Note: Ensure to select the correct shipping fee during checkout to avoid delays. Contact us before checkout if unsure.
High Risk Areas: Some areas are not covered by our courier services due to safety concerns. As such, orders that cannot be delivered to your door will be delivered to a designated location (e.g., a police station). This condition is set by the courier services and is unfortunately out of our control.
International Delivery
We are currently not shipping outside of South African borders. This will be explored should the demand arise.
